By accessing or using Class Cleaner ("the Service"), operated by Class Cleaner ("we," "our," or "us") and available at https://classcleaner.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.2. Description of Service
Class Cleaner is a digital tool that helps users manage and organize class-related information and app activity. The Service uses AI to extract deadlines, assignments, grade risks, and class policies from uploaded content (syllabi, screenshots, emails, PDFs), then generates personalized weekly plans and study recommendations.3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, pose a risk to the Service or other users.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

5. User Content and Responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service — including syllabi, screenshots, emails, PDFs, and other documents. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the right to share it.6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Google Sign-In and Stripe for payments. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.7. Changes to the Service
We are continually improving the Service. We may update, change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any feature.8. Termination

- That the AI-generated content, study plans, or academic insights will be accurate, complete, or reliable
- That any errors or defects will be corrected
- Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
Class Cleaner is a planning assistant, not a substitute for your own judgment, official course materials, or direct communication with your instructors.
